DEVELOPED COUNTRIES AND UNDEVELOPED COUNTRIES

If we want to give a definition for development, we can define that it is a process which constantly renewing and evolving itself. To present from past, development levels of countries vary according to advancement of technology. There are 195 countries which are generally accepted around the world. These are divided into three; developed, developing and undeveloped countries.

Some of developed countries are USANorwaySwedenGermany, Australian, Japan. Some of developing countries are AzerbaijanTurkeyRussiaChina. Some of undeveloped countries are AfghanistanAlgeriaTunisiaAlbania. There are differences in terms of economic and social reasons between developed and undeveloped countries.

In the developed countries, birth and death rates are low. The average human lifespan is seventy years old. Elderly population rate is fifteen percent. Marriage age is high, fertility is less, the annual population growth rate is one percent. Urbanization rate is high. The literacy rate is high. Cereal consumption is low. Meat, oil, sugar consumption is high. Annual income is over of 3.000$. Trade is developed. Labor migration is taken. Health, education and transport services is improved. Urbanization has a plan. Infrastructure is developed. Society is developed.

In the undeveloped countries, birth and death rates are high. The average human lifespan is forty-five to fifty years old. Elderly population rate is five percent. Marriage age is low, fertility is too much, the annual population growth rate is more than three percent. Urbanization rate is low. The literacy rate is low. Cereal consumption is high. Meat, oil, sugar consumption is low. Annual income is under 300$.Trade is undeveloped. Labor migration gives. Health, education and transport services is undeveloped. Urbanization has not a plan. Infrastructure is undeveloped. Society is undeveloped.

To sum up, what we mean is that developed countries has a lot of advantages. Development levels of countries make people’s life easier. It provides a better future for them.(education, health) It seems to me that development should be an indispensable condition of country. Changes and developments should be on condition that it is beneficial to people and societies.
